Program Overview
The Supervisor Leadership Certification Program is a comprehensive leadership development journey designed for Go Answer Supervisors. Combining self-paced learning and facilitated workshops, this 16-hour certification program equips supervisors with the foundational knowledge, practical skills, and leadership behaviors required to effectively lead high-performing teams. The program begins with Supervisor Leadership Foundations, where participants build core leadership competencies including leadership mindset, communication styles, coaching and feedback techniques, decision-making, team management, and fostering a speak-up culture. Through interactive learning modules, assessments, and guided reflection activities, supervisors gain a deeper understanding of their leadership strengths and areas for growth. In the second phase, participants apply their learning through workshop-based activities, realistic case studies, role plays, coaching simulations, and performance management scenarios. These hands-on exercises provide opportunities to practice leadership skills in real-world situations while receiving feedback and guidance. The program culminates in a Certification Assessment, validating participants' ability to apply leadership principles, communicate effectively, coach for performance, and lead teams with confidence.
